When registering for the conference our system (granitepeaks.org) has three options
- Thursday ONLY - $50; Friday ONLY - $110; Both Days - $140.
- When registering, people can register multiple people with one profile.
- When registering online, we only have the option of paying with a Visa or MasterCard.
- If PO's are the preferred method of payment then they need to call 385-646-5439.
- If check is the preferred method of payment, it can be mailed to Granite Peaks Lifelong Learning, ATTN: Ann Kane, 501 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84107.
- If cash is the preferred method of payment, it can be brought to the address above. Ask for me or Aleshia.

The 2008 UAACCE Conference was held November 6-7, 2008 at Utah Valley University. The conference included keynotes
by Julia King Tamang from LERN on generational marketing, Dan Jones from Dan Jones & Associates about the 2008 general
elections, Karyne Richardson-Meads on brain fitness, and Doug Nielsen, the "Take Ownership Specialist." The conference
also included 30 breakout sessions and four forum meetings over a two-day period. Despite a gloomy budget outlook, participants
were treated to an excellent program.

The 2008 Mountain Plains Adult Education Association Conference was held April 23-26, 2008 at the Radisson Downtown in Salt Lake City with a special reception at the Clark Planetarium. Participants heard from a variety of keynote speakers and presenters, including Dr. Troy Justesen, Assistant Secretary of Education over the federal Office of Vocational and Adult Education, and Robyn Rennick, president of the National Association for Adults with Special Learning Needs.
We invite you to join MPAEA for next year's annual conference in Las Vegas, Nevada March 1-4, 2009 at the Tuscany Casino.
